On the closing Sunday of Leuven Jazz, 24 March 2019, Appeltuinjazz and 30CC organized a series of free living room concerts. We again participated in the event and opened our house for a performance of the Piet Verbist Quartet.
Piet Verbist (bass), Bart Borremans (tenor sax), Bram Weijters (piano) and Dré Pallemaerts (drums) played from their new CD ‘Suite Réunion’. It was amazing!
In the comments section below you can also say something about it.
For everyone who was there or who wasn’t, here are some videos and pictures. You’re welcome to send us yours if you also have something to contribute.
With thanks to Jan Bogaert (video & photographs) and Eric Malfait (photographs).

Hello World!

thanks again,
Steven
Thanks Monica and Marc and especially the Piet Verbiest Quartet for a fantastic concert, wonderful music and great atmosphere! The only thing that was missing was the thick cigarette smoke, so
prevalent in London Jazz clubs of the 1960’s!
Sooooo sorry I couldn’t be there. Thanks for creating this memorializiny website!
